The Banff Caribou Lodge has guest rooms and suites, including accessible rooms. Room amenities include Mountain Luxury Bedding, flat-screen TVs, wireless internet, in-room coffee and tea, irons with ironing boards, and mini-fridges. Pet friendly rooms include Standard or Superior Rooms with two beds. The rooms have either one or two beds. Rooms include a flat-screen TV, small fridge, and in-room safe, plus courtyard views. Red Earth Spa partners with Eminence Organic Skin Care of Hungary and SkinCeuticals Skin Care, Spa clients have access to the hotel's hot pool and exercise room. The fitness room entrance is near the hot pool and steam room. There are client relaxation areas before, during, or after treatment. The spa's hours are 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
